NEW PROVIDENCE ISLAND, Bahamas – As we strap on our scuba gear, divemaster Ervin Moss places metal crates of fish parts on the boat's dive ramp, letting the seawater swish through them. Within seconds, a half-dozen sharks appear, gliding ominously past like slow-moving torpedoes, their dark shapes just feet from the boat.
