I recently saw footage of a Great White female that was, \"accidentally\" hooked by Dogfish fisherman off of the coast of Seattle. They roped her tail and proceeded to allow this poor, terrified, glorious creature to pull their 42ft boat for over an hour before she drowned! What action(s) can be taken legally or otherwise, to punish these despicable \'men\' and prevent others from thinking they\'re heroic?!
